Thesis Title: The development of workplace bullying relationships

About
I studied speech communication at the University of Jyvaskyla, Finland. I specialize in communication relationships in the workplace and workplace bullying. Currently, I am working as a researcher in a research project "Mental violence in communication relationships". So, I investigate the darker side of communication in the workplace.
I am also finishing my doctoral dissertation concerning bullying in the workplace. The aim of my research is to increase understanding of the interpersonal communication processes underlying bullying. The study focuses on the communicative characteristics and maintenance of bullying relationship. The research material consists of interviews, questionnaires and self-report diaries.
